I wear a Medium to a Large in tops I got this is a size Medium my bust is 34B according to the size chart this is the size for me I found this to be tight on myself, but this did fit my daughter perfect she is between a small and medium in tops bust of 34A.

although on me this is a snug fit the material is nice, I like the ribbed short tank and I can remove the padding if needed which is great specially when washing as they never stay put.
